We Enjoyed This Particular Floorplan Because:

The main floor contains most of the living space, with an additional living room on the second floor loft. The bedrooms are separate from the living space which was an important feature for us. The first floor is very open and works well for entertaining. Having the third floor guest suite has been great when we have our families in town. They get to enjoy their own space and they aren’t disturbed by noises in the rest of the house. We call it the OASIS!

The neighborhood has a wonderful sense of community. There are constantly gatherings going on and there is always someone to hang out with. The neighbors come from all over – some local and some from across the country. They are very welcoming and everyone has become very close friends with one another. The neighborhood is also great for families. There are kids of all ages who are playing outside, year-round. It’s a great neighborhood for those that are looking to meet people. The neighbors go out of their way to include everyone in the gatherings.
